Trending @Accenture; How to calculate CTC?

I joined accenture as a fresher with 4.5 LPA CTC. And last year I got 11.23% hike ON BASE PAY. So initially my base pay was 3,83,000 and after hike it became 4,26,000.

Again this year I got promoted and after getting the hike my base pay became 5,25,000.

So what will be my revised overall CTC now?

If you are promoted to the level 11 I assume, then your variable pay will be 21% of the fixed pay. So if your new fixed pay is 5.25 LPA then your CTC will be (5.25 + (5.25*0.21) ) that is 6,35,250 The other component may be some medical insurance which Accenture provider per year worth 7-8k and gratuity amount which is also calculated annually but you will get only if you complete at least 5 years in this company.
