How to buy real-estate?

23M here, recently graduated and working. I'm looking to add a property either in Gurgaon or in Uttarakhand which can add a new source of income. I'm noob and looking for some suggestions. Ps I'll take a loan and maybe the rent which will come from the property+some from my salary will be the EMI... Open for suggestions/ideas

I am not discouraging, just making sure whenever you start be prepared

PS : At my first job, I also thought of buying land and building and renting it out, but above thought clicked to me and i realised

The only way to buy it at your age is to get married, take down-payment amount from Father and father in law instead of dowry. Spend less on your marriage. Then emi would be easier to pay
