just apply for a gun licence then it's a long process (you can speed up with a bribe) and finally the police men will take an interview/call to check why you need a gun etc and the licence is given, then you can order it from online. (you must need be VIP to get a licence).
btw unlike the US, you can only have a selective vintage guns by the govt! (i brought Ashani MK-II for 90K)
or most simplest hack that I use, also to be part of National rifle association, where we can check out and use various guns!

U need a license. Go to commissioner's office and enquire about the new license. They have conditions for issuing license. Also just like a bike you have to go to rifle club and learn shooting. Once u hav licence buying a weapon is easy. U can go to a arms dealer or buy a pre owned gun.
