How to break into Product Management with no experience?
Hey guys, I'm a software engineer (2 yrs exp) looking to transition to PM role. Finding it hard to get interviews without PM experience. Any advice on how to break in? Should I do any courses/certifications?

What’s wrong in the current role?
Is it about pay? Is it about glamours role?
Maybe try answering these questions first, that will give u better clarity.

Consider APM programs in big tech cos. Specifically for career switchers

Network a lot. Many PM roles filled through referrals

Build side projects. Show you can take idea to execution
