How to boost CTC now?

I started with 15 LPA as my first job in 2023. 10 base + 5 esops.

I worked there for a year got burnt out and left. Then i chilled for a year. I worked as a freelancer and on my own projects. I used to make okayish money obviously less than full time job, but thankfully I had enough savings and very less expenditure.

Last year I started applying for jobs again and landed a 8LPA job at a start-up.

Now I have prepared myself to not burn out and work effectively, my question is how do I make it to be 30LPA + in coming next year.
