
Skills needed for a consultant
As a consultant who recently joined, what skill sets should i learn to stay ahead of competition and to grow as a professional?
Convincing people Manipulating people Judging people to the point you know this guy is telling the truth or faking it Selling yourself as the best,even if you don't know that much
I never focused on these things But now realising how important they are There will be a way A book Or something else To learn this stuff

don't judge yourself, let others do that.
2 factor authentication OR asking 4 level depth questions bust the fakers everytime
Be HONEST, be REAL. Rest everything will be taken care of.
Start talking to people, more importantly, listening to them. They will teach you and help judge people too.
Just some starting pointers : Look up on clothing and styling : shoes, perfumes, watches, brand knowledge and more.
Get used to ordering good food and drinks for people.
Build up a persona you want to project when you meet them for the first time. Post that, have a few preferences that you repeat every time you meet, could be a favourite cuisine / drink order or something else.
What worked for me - stayed in delhi for two years.
Delhi/gurgaon teaches you all these things without investment.
Experience i.e. making as many mistakes as possible
Observe people in Sivajinagar if you are in Bangalore.
