Bro I would recommend you to switch the company itself and get a higher package than the SP role of Infosys.
Being an employee who changed the role to power programmer, I can tell that this is the best advice. Do not go into the trap of power programmer role.

I joined as an SP itself and I know the situation and I would also be resigning 3 months from now and would suggest you the same.
There’s many problems like less projects to work on and you will be on bench for a long period of time.
😂 who said less project for sp if u had tech skills u can grab it for me i attended 15 interview in infy second project all of them fighting for me to get into their project
