How to become investor in a very early stage start up? Like investing 2/3 lakh per company?

My financial advisor does keep me posted on a few opportunities to invest money in early stage startups at times. Can share contact if anyone wants to connect.

Follow up question : how can an undergrad student invest in startups from his pocket money? Like investing 1000-2000 per company?

Most startups won't entertain random small cheques unless you know the founders. I would suggest networking well and searching for those who are looking to raise a round.

But what's the end goal? How will u track your investments? How will you ensure you're getting the dividends?
