How to become good at frontend developer without industry experience....??

Currently working in a product base startup and having 2.5 years of backend developer role, but I want to learn frontend also and want to become full stack developer, I do not have any industry experience in frontend, so how I will be good at frontend also so that if company hire me as a full stack developer then I can contribute in frontend also without any stuck in projects, kindly share your thoughts
