I am just promoted to Technology Analyst role.I am working as .Net, Angular developer.I am allocated to new project in January. How can I become Associate Consultant to get Hike. Is IJP only option ?

It depends upon unit as well, for me i need to clear a certificate and then my role changed.

So from TA you became Acon by giving certificate. Also was your CTC same as bridge program ACON
