How to become a product manager
My wife is working in a witch company and had 8+ years of experience. Her current post is of project manager. She wants to learn product management and wants to make a switch job. Please guide us.

Skills needed: She should develop some skills in atleast 2 of the following - analytics, UX, marketing/strat, Engineering.
Transitioning: 1- Try to be at a company in which she can switch to PM or
2- be at a place where atleast she can do some assignments with a co-PM, analytics, design team that'll help her pad up her resume. Best if she can do it in her current place before she starts to apply.
search about the field first. Lot's of YouTube videos are available about what the product management is. Don't get into hype. If you like it, then there are many good cohorts available, i can say nextleap, only the cheap ones. You can even find like that on YouTube too. Some of them are exponent, pm school, etc
