How to be successful in the Healthcare domain, especially in the Radiology space as Business analyst/PO?

My expectations: to stay relevant for another 10 years, earn enough money to get retired by 45(I am 35 already), retire as some senior manager/delivery manager or something. After that I want to get into Teaching roles like a part time lecture for Product management, Agile or IT concepts
