How to be prepared for the future

Hello guys With many CEOs saying that AI will write most of their code. What's going to happen in future. How should we be prepared? I know not all jobs will be gone as they will definitely need people. But definitely a large chunk of employee positions they want to eliminate.

To be honest I am sad. Don't know what's going to happen in future.
