How to balance work and family?
Been a while since i am working and recently planned to move parents to same house although different floors. Wife is against the idea.

Generally would avoid keeping everyone under the same roof coz small clashes are inevitable
What about in some place nearby like an adjacent society or different society in same neighborhood?
