How to bag a Leadership role while in Accenture

8.5 YOE in total in fullstack Angular (70% ) Java (30%) - How to get into the management side of things, less coding, am good at people skills & getting things done, mentoring, communication, scrum, jira tools, basically product mgmt/business side of things is what I want to get into not just a n Individual contributor - how do I transition while in Accenture, more into leadership.
