How to avoid wfo in tcs ?

I have a baby. My maternity and earned leaves are over. So, currently I am in Loss of pay for child care. I want to rejoin again. But I could not be able to come to office by leaving my baby at home. No one is there to take care of my baby in my house. My husband also going for office daily. So I only need to take care of my baby. Is there any way to do wfh in TCS ?
