How to avoid stagnation as Social Media Executive?
About me: I have an MBA from tier three college, have been working as a Social Media Executive and a Copywriter for the last three years. I am making 9.85 LPA now but doing more or less the same work. I am also responsible for two aged parents. How do I channel my career from here?
Get new skills, complimentary to the ones you’ve.
1/ Learn Seo stuff, App Store optimization and join some startup who really relies on web traffic. 2/ Get your hands dirty with paid marketing l, see if you can work with digital marketing manager at your current company.
Lastly, you can offer your services on upworks and fiverr. You can make decent chunk from here.

Don't work with agencies, try to transition out to a brand.
Any tips on how to do that?
I think you could aim for becoming a marketing/ brand manager fill in any gaps in your knowledge to do that role and look out for openings in startups.
