How to Avoid project interview call
Hi, I am getting released in November from my support project due to cost cutting. Now I don't want to repeat the same mistake of taking that project. I will be getting an interview call after nov. How to avoid such interview calls and approach development projects.

All depends on your profile. Avoid whatever u don't like (support, monitoring etcc).
Initial calls u can hold like not looking for support
RMG may put pressure on you after few weeks. If ur band is high / pay is high then RMG put more pressure on you

While giving primary and secondary skill make sure you will not provide any support role skills. Mention some high level skills you know
