How to avoid phone calls during leaves

My TL and Manager is calling me on planned leave days on my personal number and messaging me on WhatsApp and escalating to HR. Anyways I didn't picked up any calls. How to tackle this situation.

Hopefully the planned leaves were discussed with the manager and approved by him/her. Otherwise, ideally reaching out to HR needs to have a concrete reason for them.

I have planned this leave 1 month before and ingot approval for this and applied on the system when I got approved. And for few days like 2 weeks with the approval from my TL I applied exception for the past days so my the are starting that I have took WFH exception without any prior approval and I'm non-WFO compliance and this was raised today as I was in leave why they didn't raised this earlier when I was doing WFH today as I am on planned leave they are calling me on my personal number and sending message on my WhatsApp too. So my concern is like y this mail is initiated today y not earlier I got call from hr as I'm not available on teams i picked call from hr so he was stating like who has approved you WFH exception i have got your name from manager that I'm not reporting to office. But I have a mail chain communication for that. And I also recieved mail from HR.

Say you lost your 📱, buy some 3 4 old and useless phones which has no whatsapp or anything and do fir once and say you forget often now a days 😅

It's a common situation. Reply to them but very late. I reply after midnight in such cases. Let them figure out how to deal with such issues.

Very wrong to disturb on planned leave but Part of the game. No complaints will resolve. HR & managers have a beautiful bond.

You are not obligated to work on your leave day,

Yes they escalated like i have not took permission to do WFH for the past days. But I have mail proof regarding that. HR has sent me a disciplinary action mail I haven't got proper approval from my manager. I have already informed to my TL hr called me I convinced the same to him. He told we will meet on Monday
