Trending @Accenture; How to ask roll-off or release from project ?
I had upskill to a skill and have 3 years experience in the same now , the current project because of budget issues asking me to move under a different skilled project under same lead.I'm not interested to move to another skill now. What to do ?
I tried for roll off as at the time of onboarding manager tells me false roles and responsibilities and later asking me to switch my profile from mlops engineer to p2 incident support role. i refused that and tried for roll off i got the another project but my review was with them and they given me last rating by telling i refused to support project. 😂
Ya we need to bear the low ratings when the problem was miscommunication from their end ..that's something which needs to be fixed.
You can send a mail to manager or senior manager for roll off from the project. If they reject then you can tell you have health issues , submit a medical certificate to hr and you will be released from the project, mostly they roll off if you have health concerns.
Ask your manager for release
