How to ask release

Hi , please guide me . How to ask release from the current project. How many days it will take to get released from project

Ask release, they may tell u need to work atleast 2 years in a prj. But there is no policy like that Also u need to get free from your dependencies, so your release will become little easy

Yes , they will tell stories blah blah but I am not seeing any growth in current project.

Reduce your work, don't tell no to work. Inform that u r working on it. Delay the work. Start other way to get release like Medical reasons etc. Better thing is to search for other opportunities,

Check for the best carrier path you wanted for you and discuss with your supervisor about your expectation. In case current project meets your need after sometime, then learn new skills and stay. Else he will release you in sometime if tts not meeting your carrier path

As per tcs policy guidelines minimum 2 years an associate should serve a project before asking for release.
