How to ask for the Canada Onsite. My TCS side managers are saying they can't initiate without the Client recommendation and their feedbacks.

Hi all, Hope you all are doing well in your life. I am just here to ask you guys and get your support on how to ask for the concrete onsite . As I am putting the regular pressure on my manager from past 2years but it seems like I am getting ignored. Can you please tell me some powerful points on which I can definitely get the onsite .
