Trending @Infosys; How to ask for salary correction as per YOE ,skillset and similar Job levels and work being same but huge difference in salary.

So I have seen in my project and specifically teams, there are people of similar or little bit higher YOE but getting triple of what I get and the work , responsibility is even similar, the work skillset is also same. I was wondering if there's a way to ask or check with manager to review this and have the salary corrections as per market or atleast nearly to what others get in the project? Is it possible ?

JL4 6.5L , colleague JL5 18.5LPA, another JL5 15.4LPA, another one over 12LPA but don't know his exact number.

Be open and frank with your manager. Don’t give exact numbers. But mention you are doing same work as higher JL so you are expecting a good hike with promotion else you will be looking out. Give 3 montsg ans then actually start looking out

6.5L is less for 7 yoe for a network engineer these days. However to be frank, even with correction, if Infosys go for that at all, it wouldn't be too much. I am a network lead here and recently someone with 7 yoe joined my team with 14LPA, JL5B

Maybe the Job levels matter.... You are 4 and others are at 5.. they're maybe lateral and hired at good perks. However, considering your yoe, then your ctc sounds really low. Not sure, probably you joined as fresher just before Covid and not much hike later... So , yours seems low. Actually low..
