  1. Make sure it’s attest a couple of months I’m advance, there is a genuine reason, apply in system and drop and email simultaneously

That’s fine it’s your leave you have right to take it. Just that it should be planned. Kumbh means you need immediate leave that’s what most manager would nut like.

Why to mention the reason?? Just write due to personal reasons while dropping a mail and apply in the system
