How to ask for extend my joining date ?

Hi Guys,

I got offer in prodapt but they are expecting me to join in 30 days but my current employer TCS HR/Manager saying i need to work 90 days notice period as per policy there is no payout I check on that as well..

is it possible to ask the prodapt HR to extent the joining date..

Any HR can you suggest what can I do...
