Trending @Infosys; How to ask for early release

I asked my manager for early release but he denied without even listening. I am mapped to a new project, KT is not yet finished still he is refusing for early release. What can I do to take early release. Otherwise new company will revoke my offer. Please help guys

No he is directly saying no, not possible. I am not even in a billable project

Hi I have also requested for an early release but my manager is saying will try and what will bethe process and I'm ready to payout for the one month notice period

He will not. What benefit will he get to release you except jeopardising his project and having to convey this to client and get an earl full from them

As a manager i have done early release for 2 of my reporters. As long as there is no dependency all that is needed is a DM approval and HR will process the early release.
