How to approach RMG from other branch if on bench ?

I am unallocated residing at location A and RMG is at different location B. RMG has conducted offline session.

I was not present there.

Shall I go and meet RMG in person or is there any consequences arising in future.

Any ideas/inputs/suggestions.
