How to apply WFH in TCS

I am a fresher in TCS, I started working in project from Jan first week. Can anyone suggest me how to apply for WFH for 4 days only. I heard from an employee that TCS offer 6 days for WFH in every quarter

As manager will gonna approve this thing so I do have to give the reason for that as I am planning to take WFH just before Holi to go my hometown
