Im currently in senior associate consultant level and completed 2 years. Now I want to understand where can I found eligibility criteria for the consultant role. Do I need to ask my manager to nominate the next role ? or directly do I need to apply
No one’s consent is needed. Once you try applying, it will check your eligibility and let you know if you are eligible or not
Why some job posts shows eligibility criteria missing or not mentioned
It depends on the group who is creating the IJP. Sometimes it is public or sometimes they chose to hide. Not sure for junior roles , but for anything like 6B,6A, 7B, it is always that people are already chosen and they just want to go through the process to make it more democratic
