How to apply for Data Engineer / ML Engineer / DevOps Jobs ??

I got a good placement from my college with decent package and good job role. But I want to change my work location i.e. Hyd to Gurugram or Delhi NCR.

I am yet to receive an interview or call from north . I’ve never applied for off campus and feel like I lack in that department.

Please tell what to follow.
