How to Apply/Enroll for Wing2 for C2 grade, pls tell me in Details steps
I have Completed my 3yrs in TCS, I joined as C2 Grade, but package is still not as per the market standard, I wanted to know in Detail
how to apply for Elevate Wings2? what are the steps for it? what is the process of doing it? What are the benefits of it? What we have to do from our end to apply and shortlist for it? What is the criteria for it?
Can someone pls help to clarify my question with detailed step by step answer pls
To apply for Elevate Wings2, follow these steps:
- Go to the Xccelerate platform and select your desired job role.
- Navigate to the iEvolve dashboard and find the required courses and competencies.
- Complete all necessary training and certifications.
- Request a unit evaluation for PP1 through iEvolve.
- Your TD team will arrange an interview panel.

Can i do it anytime of the year, or is there any specific month to apply for it? And do we need any manager or supervisor approval for doing it?
You can do it anytime of the year and u don't need manager's approval for this. However when you go for certification as part of PP1 you may need approval for reimbursement.
