How to answer when HR asks for immediate joiners for job interview.

As I mentioned immediate or less than 15 days in naukri. While getting call from HR, first question is always what is your notice period and are you serving and I always answer - No I am not serving right now after hearing this they say they want immediate joiner and I am unable to schedule an interview. Please suggest.
