"How this message violate the data science community guidlines"
"Hi everyone, I’m Randhir Kumar, a passionate Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Python, Machine Learning, SQL, Power BI, Time-Series Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Excel, and EDA. I recently completed my Bachelor's in Computer Science (Honors) from Delhi University.
For the past two months, I’ve been relentlessly applying for Data Analyst internships, fresher, entry-level, or trainee positions. Yet, the result is always the same—silence. No responses. No callbacks. Nothing.
At first, I thought, Maybe I’m not good enough. Maybe I’m not what companies are looking for. But why?
I’ve built solid projects that showcase my skills:
🔹 Credit Card Fraud Detection – Designed an advanced fraud detection model with a 0.97 ROC AUC, making it tougher for fraudsters to slip through.
🔹 Walmart Sales Forecasting & Demand Analysis – Achieved 94% R² accuracy in sales forecasting, optimizing inventory planning.
🔹 Customer Churn Analysis (Power BI) – Uncovered a 26.54% churn rate, pinpointed key risk factors, and helped segment 1,869 high-risk customers, leading to improved retention strategies.
I have an ATS-friendly resume with no errors, yet I’m still stuck. Is there something I’m missing? Something hidden in the hiring process that I haven’t cracked? Here is the link of my cv:
I’m genuinely curious—has anyone else faced this? If so, how did you overcome it? I’d love to hear your thoughts! "
