Trending @Infosys; How the performance bonus % will calculate? One of my friend being in ME got 85% which is greater than the criteria but for me got 75%. How?

Depends on unit performance and also manager can recommend for giving more % to some individual

We both are same unit under same manager

I got 105%

ME with 85% me too !

Since we both are from same unit and same manager, but still got less

Manager can also increase a small percentage for someone but should compensate with a reduction to someone else in the team
