How the heck do you get a job abroad

I joined Oracle last year as a campus hire. Ever since the news about layoffs started happening, I've been trying to cover my system design basics + cs fundamentals.

I've applied to a few jobs abroad like Amazon, Google Dublin, meta London, etc. I know they have no reason to hire an international guy (with only ~1 YOE) than someone local.

But is it still possible? Do you know anyone who has gotten into them recently? Not talking about pre 2022 where it was common.

I've seen people get offers abroad but they're usually from companies like data bricks, Tower research, etc
