How the F to switch with 90 days NP?

Need suggestions. Companies having 90 days NP aren’t giving a call seeing a 90 days NP candidate. Why this hypocrisy? Why do I have to lie that I am servicing NP? What is this economy? Please let me know if anyone has any good hacks.

Resign without job offer , a real man should be able to find job in 3 months with ease.

I did one such switch by being a jerk. I gave an interview at a lame ass company and got an offer. I knew I wasn't going to join there even when I got shortlisted. Used that offer to resign at my then org and kicked off the notice period. Now used this dummy offer and kept giving more interviews to crack couple of more offers and eventually joined at a place. The trick here is your job portal profiles will show to other recruiters that you're currently in notice period which gives them an urge to reach you because you're seen as somewhat immediately available. And with the process taking 3-4 weeks end to end for any company with multiple rounds you end up spending the next 2 to 3 months giving interviews. Again, only if you're decently lucky all this will fall in place.

Hey look, it’s a private job, notice periods aren’t real, just deal with the backlashes correctly, they wouldn’t think twice before letting you go as well

Don’t mention job offer, just cite medical and say you can’t work any more, you can’t even touch laptop in notice period say you’ll join family business or something, just lie

Get an offer saying you are at the end of notice period. Then tell your manager you have some critical health issue and are not able to work at all. They will give you an immediate release. I have heard about multiple people applying this trick. They get all the docs by bribing doctors.

It is tough, not impossible. Keep trying and you will find a way.
