How the F- does one get into Amazon? Specifically Amazon Hyderabad as SDE 1 after only 1 YOE in the industry?

Has nothing to do with my current company. I love the pace I work at in PwC and the perks I get for now. But 2 3 years down the line say I want to be part of Amazon, how does one approach it?
