You can propose buy out to HR and your manager. If your role is excess or can be replaced easily, buyouts can be offered.

From what I've heard if your manager has your backup then they can let you go without serving notice period.

No, it is not allowed.

There are clear rules and a set process for buyout. A manager cannot relieve you without following the right process.

I took 1 n half month leave during notice period. As I had genuine family problems I asked for the leave at first and HR said she will check with the appropriate team and got back to me saying it's against companies compliance and can't take leave. Then I asked her regardless of np or not in situation like this leave cannot be avoided and what process I need to follow for leave here and I did not get any response but after going through Accenture company's policy page myself and pointing out there it's mentioned I can take leave in my case then the HR gave go ahead.

I am mentioning this because HR's themselves have no clue how things work, read policy page, hr tickets you can raise who have actual idea most of the time than actual HRs

I strongly support Hr's to be completely replaced by automation. As it is they are not employee friendly or able to make any decisive action without management consultant. Payroll and hiring process nowadays are all automated and thus there is no need to spend on HR departments rather utilise the budget to reward workforce who contribute to business profits time to time

It is dependent on your manager and CHG. Buyout is easier when you are charging unassigned. If you are charging, make sure that you either do not have major client dependency or your replacement is easily available in the team. Then you can push your manager and HR Advisor for a release. You should also have a strong reason to propose, like higher education or medical or family emergency.

Accenture provide buyout only in extreme conditions ,you have to fake your health issue with certificate something like immediate surgery and cannot support your notice period. Only then they will ask you to pay and leave. Else in no condition they will let you go without 90day notice period even if your family dies
