same 13% in both december and june payout but the amount in june almost 10k less in comparison to december on top of that i received hike as well in december so amount should've have been more in comparison to december.

Were you billable the entire time? Vp doesn't get calculated if u were not chargeable

I am 100% billable, promoted last June 35%, hike dec 8%, 0 this time hike. Vp 15% june, 8% dec, 7% now and 10k less than dec. Have I been underpaid, I just don't understand why tf I got less with p4+ primary skill.
