How tcs verify their experience letter

I have 3+ yoe and selected in tcs. I have worked in a company for 24 days, I don’t have experience letter but in the pf service history it is visable. I talked with hr she told that they will approve everything whatever request will come to them. I made an experience letter with the same template and give exact value like salary, post , start date and end date . Is there any chance to be caught ?
