How tcs retains?
I am in seeving notice period since 2 months. My manager told he recommend increment to HR for retaintion but HR is not connected with me yet on revised CTC. And manager asks me did hr connected with u regarding revised ctc once in a week or 2 When HR will contact me and how I will be retained? Its only 1 month remaining to my LWD
My personal experience,HR called me multiple time for negotiations but they are not going ahead more than 25-30% max.Also they don't shows CTC structure,so although you are getting retained you will receive that letter later and mostly they put that amount in BOA + monthly variable+QVA.They don't increase in Basic salary.Also they put more amount in retention incentive

I was contacted in last week and was offered 30% of what I was asking that too with variable so I think it will be the same and then 5 days wfo. I said no

But HR asked for retention but no updates from the manager.
How much they offered as hike for retention? And wats ur current CTC??
I have decided to move out as there is no clarity on in hand part.many hidden things.later we should not regret of losing good opportunity for peanuts in hand increase
