Trending @Accenture; How strict is WFO as from this month onwards we have to visit office once a week and what will be the consequences any ideas??

my project control services lead informed that you will be tagged as non complaint, hence its important to visit office and also they will check if we are available for the shift timings hours which is 9hrs in my case.
