Also JL6 is hell. I'll happily stay at JL5

Lol do you think within 1 - 2 years of JL5 you gain skills and capability of JL6 that to Architect... 🤣 And even if you get you'll min need to spend 3 years RM for JL6 also from next quaters one will be able to become Technology Architect through bridge only
