How some of them get campus placement with 40+ LPA
I see a few of them getting placed at more than 40LPA. What special qualitues do they have?

That is mostly package, not ctc. The annual CTC is usually 20-23 LPA max, rest are stocks distributed across 4-5 yrs

Wrong , annual is 25-43lpa, depending on the company. Many even providing 30+ base. Though lower base+ higher stock is better. I know at least 30+ companies paying 25-33lpa for freshers.

Also u get 1/4 of the stock , so actual tc is 30+ in many cases.
