Trending @Accenture; How should i ask for release from my current project.

I’m lvl 12 in accenture, working in SAP domain, my current project is a implementation project and it started 2 months ago, there’s too much politics going on and every one is working 12-14 hours dailly. I dont want to work in this project, how should i ask for release, one senior analyst asked for release but my manager denied her and showed her some policies. Pls help
