How shall I resign, my supervisor is OOO for next 3 days?
Shall I just email the supervisor, keeping HR in cc ?
It does not matter if your supervisor is on leave or on a vacation to moon. You can resign anytime even on weekend. All you have to do is drop an email with HR in CC. Its an ETC. to initiate separation in system within 3 days. If you supervisor does not do it then HR will. Do not waste anytime for your supervisor to come back. Also it is mandatory as per TCS policy for supervisor to speak with associate before initiating separation. So dont speak with him before dropping email.
shall I also add my supervisor's supervisor in cc ?
You can do that. ETC for initiating seperation in system is 3 BD from the date associate sends resignation. Post that your supervisor cannot initiate it and HR has to do it and they like to do that.
Inform your supervisor via call for courtesy and then send mail supervisor copying HR.
