I heard that TCS will do an invidual scrutiny of all the resources C3B and above. So everyone in these grades will get call from RMG to provide the details about their roles and performance including upskilling status...

What does NON BILLABLE technically be? Because even if we have FP project, estimates and cost is given based on X amount of people In project. Or are you saying these "non billable" are not mentioned in estimation and SOW so essentially tcs is forking their cost but still they work on project?
