How’s the market now? Right time to resign?
Context: I’m a graduate from Tier-1 B-school with 2 years of experience in product management.
My current company is toxic & My mom is currently ill & want to take care of her in Hyderabad. I’m thinking of resigning next month & search for the job in Hyderabad/WFH during my notice period of 3 months.
Is 3-4 months enough to find a job in this current market?

As people have mentioned, family comes first. And there is no point in working in a toxic environment. It may take some time and the pay may not be what you are looking for, but surely you will not regret it.
Family comes first. Take the plunge. Coming from a tier 1 background you’d always have some opportunity in your network
The market is not that great but IMO, family comes first. You'll find something sooner or later.
