How’s Lenskart for a Product Role?

Got an offer from lenskart, their ambitionbox/glassdoor ratings are fairly avg/middle of the pack types but I noticed most of those negative reviews were from offline stores/ground level employees- where understandably the work is harsher.

I’ve heard of Peeyush as a tech driven entrepreneur so maybe the PM function actually has some value (instead of ops/business teams)

Does anyone have any idea on how the core product management function is like at Lenskart?

Can anyone share their personal/friends’ product experiences at Lenskart?

Wanted to understand from a wlb, culture, product autonomy, toxicity (if any) standpoint.
