How’s the work culture and the manager in the design team? Is it worth joining there? + how much can one negotiate for the role of Sr. Product Designer at Meesho? Please help.

Design team is good. Currently understaffed and hence they have bad wfh. However a few people joining will solve the problem. Already I see one or two joining.
Negotiation wise - you'll have some scope as they're understaffed (and possibly a little desperate).

Depends on the charter I guess. I had interviewed with them a few months ago , they seemed nice but I’m not sure how’s the culture.
